St.Tropez Tanning

Why not treat yourself with the richest looking tan in the most luxurious way. Somehow a suntan makes you look slimmer and feel so much better about yourself. So why not fake it with a St.Tropez tan, no need to lie in the sun which can cause damage and age the skin.

St.Tropez is probably the most famous self tan in the UK, used by a host of famous stars. No wonder everyone is using it, as St Tropez is the most realistic self tan around. It works instantly, providing up to 14 days of a glowing tan, and does not streak like competitor tanning lotions.

 

St. Tropez tans contain the essential oil, aloe vera, to provide that relaxing aromatic scent. It works unlike any other auto-bronzant. It is conveniently formulated in one maximum strength shade which is a pleasant golden shade, because of this, it will not streak. If you want a darker tan, just reapply. The tan can go as dark as you want, you can even hide stretch marks and varicose veins with it.
 

 

Some common questions about tanning treatments:

 

How dark is it on really fair/pale skin, and could it go orange ?
For people with really fair skin the product will give them a natural healthy glow, for a deeper tan a second application may need to be applied. The tan will look darker on people with olive skin for example. There is also no risk of the tan going orange as the formulation has a tint of green which prevents this.

What should I wear whilst I'm waiting for the tan to develop ?
It is advised to wear loose baggy clothing, so the tan does not rub off by abrasive clothing. It will take a minimum of 4 hours to develop, so avoid showering or bathing before that time.

How long will the tan last for ?
Some people report tans lasting up to two weeks. On average we recommend that a tan will last a minimum of 7 - 10 days.

Will it wash off ?
Only if you attempted to bathe before the tan was fully developed, during the four-hour period. Once the tan has developed you can shower and bathe as normal. Swimming in the sea on holiday is fine. However, swimming in baths is not advised as chlorine bleaches the tan.

Can I sunbathe with this product ?
The self-tan product has no SPF factors in it. Therefore normal protection products would need to be applied on top to sunbathe.

Does the product smell?
The product has a pleasant aromatic scent.
